I work at the intersection of government, infrastructure, digital platforms and applied AI — helping organisations turn complex problems into usable products, scalable programs and measurable outcomes. I am a strategy, product and digital transformation leader with 14+ years of experience across consulting, infrastructure, technology, startups and public-sector transformation. My work has covered national digital platforms, enterprise transformation, AI-enabled products, transport and logistics systems, education technology, healthcare concepts and government service delivery. I have led or supported programs involving $500M+ of digitized operations, 60+ system integrations, and large multi-stakeholder delivery environments across India, MENA and global markets. Today, my focus is on building practical AI and digital products that help institutions improve decision-making, reduce manual work and deliver better services.

My portfolio includes a Proposal Generator Agent, Market Research Agent, Citizen Services App, AI Clinician workspace, National Skills Platform, Government AI Operations Platform, Transformation Delivery Accelerator and Personal Finance Tracker.

I have worked across product management, SaaS, startup growth and commercial strategy. This includes launching an engineering software product in the UK, scaling an enterprise upskilling platform, defining a recruiting SaaS roadmap, and supporting commercial diligence for technology, financial services, real estate and logistics businesses.

I work across government and infrastructure transformation, with a focus on digital government, ports, logistics, transport, skilling, healthcare, education, tourism and smart cities. I have led or supported large transformation programs including SAP ERP implementation across five major Indian ports and India’s Maritime Single Window platform, integrating ports, customs, health, logistics and warehouse systems.

I started my career in civil and structural engineering, working on complex transport and infrastructure programs across metros, railways and highways. Selected programs include Delhi Metro, Riyadh Metro, Jakarta Metro, Etihad Rail, Network Rail and Highways England. This foundation helped me understand how large systems are planned, delivered and operated in the real world.
