About
From infrastructure delivery to building software.
I've spent 14 years inside the kinds of institutions I now build for: first as a civil and structural engineer on metro, rail and highway programmes, then in management consulting and Big 4 advisory. I'm currently an Assistant Director at EY GDS. The pattern I kept seeing: the decisions that matter sit with a handful of experienced people, and the work waits on them. I build software that carries that judgement further.

Consulting & Advisory
50+ consulting projects across management consulting and Big 4 advisory, much of it with public institutions and infrastructure owners. Currently Assistant Director at EY GDS.

Product & Growth
Launched an engineering software product in the UK, helped scale an enterprise upskilling platform, defined a recruiting SaaS roadmap and worked on commercial due diligence across technology, financial services, real estate and logistics.

Infrastructure Engineering
Civil and structural engineering, including at AECOM, on metro, rail and highway programmes across the Middle East, Asia and the UK, on projects from $1M to $1B. It's where I learned how large systems are planned, delivered and operated in the real world.
